How much is shipping?

Orders over $75 automatically get FREE GROUND SHIPPING to anywhere within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. No coupon required. Enjoy!

For expedited orders and orders under $75, shipping prices vary and will increase as package weight increases.

When will my order get here?

Good question.  Enter your zip code below for estimated delivery times if you order right now.  Orders received by 12:00 pm PST are sent out the same business day on all in-stock items.  If 12:00 pm has passed, you can call in your order at (888) 755-9449 to see if it’s possible to still ship the same day until 3:00 pm PST.  We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.  

When will I

Please note Saturdays, Sundays and FedEx Shipping Holidays are not considered business days. Orders placed on those days will ship the following business day. The following expedited shipping options are available:

Can I use my personal FedEx/UPS account to ship my order?

Yes. After placing your order on our website, please submit your FedEx or UPS shipping account number via our contact form. If you place your order over the phone, please mention that you would prefer to use your own shipping account.

How long does it take to receive an international order?

FedEx Ground: Available to Canada only. Delivery time varies according to location. Call us at (888) 755-9449 and we’ll be happy to assist you.

FedEx Economy: Typically takes 2-5 Business Days.*
Mexico and Canada orders typically take 2-3 Business Days.*

FedEx Priority: Takes 1-3 Business Days.*

* Because they are international, these time frames do not include customs inspection of your package which could delay your shipment significantly. Customs does not delay packages often, but it can happen. FlashingBlinkyLights is not responsible for any delay caused by the inspection procedure. Please plan accordingly.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal & Amazon Payments. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.

You can also pay with a company/organization check or a Money Order, but the order will not ship until the check has been received and cleared with the issuing bank. Please call in your order and let us know if you would like to use this option. Please send all company checks and money orders with your invoice number in the memo line to:

GENERAL

 

 

What is FlashingBlinkyLights' return policy?

FlashingBlinkyLights wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns of unopened, unused merchandise within 30 days of order receipt will be credited the full amount of the merchandise to the original payment method. Please use an insured carrier to ship the items back.

FBL will not accept returns on used merchandise. If the return is not in its original packaging, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied.

Please report any merchandise shortages or defects within 30 days of receipt of the order to [email protected] or 888-755-9449. We will be happy to make it right for you!

 

 

How are the items packaged?

The packaging of each product varies and is designed to keep the box size and weight to a minimum while protecting the product during shipping. Most products are bulk packed in quantities of dozens. Body lights are bulk packed in quantities of 25.

 

 

The item says it comes in packs of 12, so if I buy 1 pc., is that 1 pack of 12 items?

No, actually. 1 pc. means 1 piece, not a pack of 12. Most items are packed securely in dozens, meaning if you bought 12 pieces, you would get 1 pack, or however many come in a pack. Also, ordering 1 piece from an Assorted Color item does not mean you will get 1 of each color, it means you will get 1 random piece from the assortment. For items that come in pairs, like gloves, normally 1 piece means one pair. Please check that specific product and read the description carefully.

 

 

Since an item says it comes assorted, can I choose which colors I want?

No, since assorted color products come pre-assorted in secure, sealed packaging.

 

 

Does the 1 piece price mean wholesale or retail?

Retail. Wholesale starts with the next price break, whatever it may be.

On large purchases over $1000, please contact one of our salespeople to make sure you are getting the best price possible.

 

 

What is a good retail price for FlashingBlinkyLights?

The best way to maximize revenue is to give some kind of a discount if the customer buys more than one. For example, you can sell 1 body light for $6 and 2 for $10. Most customers will hand you a ten-dollar bill and get two. You can offer the little rounds blinkies even cheaper – 1 for $3 and 2 for $5.  Increase prices accordingly for more expensive items such as the swords, you can sell 1 for $9 and 2 for $15. What type of batteries do FlashingBlinkyLights take and are they replaceable?

Almost all of our items have replaceable batteries. All battery information is posted on each respective product page. Batteries generally last 3-8 hours depending on the product. Not all items have replaceable batteries, please refer to the product page for that information.

 

 

Where can I get extra batteries?

FBL sells extra batteries at low prices for almost all of our products.

 

 

My product won’t turn on, why is that?

Be sure to remove the pull tab from the battery area. If it still does not work, feel free to bang the item against the edge of a desk; that should jostle the batteries back into place. If it still does not work, please give us a call at (888) 755-9449 and we can further assist you.

 

 

How can I ensure my products will last as long as possible?

To optimize full battery life, turn off products when not in use. Flashing settings typically use less energy than the steady-on setting. Items will typically light up for 3-8 hours if left on continuously. Typically, single color LED products will light up longer than combination color ones. If you change the batteries, they will light up like new again. Average shelf life of batteries is about 1 year.  

 

 

Can I get my logo printed on my Flashing Blinky Lights?

If you are thinking that your logo or artwork would look awesome printed on something that lights up, we can do that for you! Our in-house printing department can add your logo to over a thousand kinds of light up things with a quick turn-around time. The minimum is normally only 250 pieces.
