Plug the fibers into base and give them time to "breathe" & spread out. They are tough and maliable, speed up the process by bending and flexing your fibers to help shape them.
To activate, remove pull tab and press tiny black button under base. Cycle through 3 LED functions:

- Blink
- Steady
